Is there anything we’d change?
There’s very little to critique here. We think this is an exceptional calendar: the brands are ones perfume lovers actively seek out, the scents span fresh, gourmand, woody and musky, and the bottle sizes give you both quick discoveries and scents you can properly wear. Nothing feels like filler, and the whole line-up has a confident, curated feel from the first door to the last. It’s the sort of calendar where you could open any door on any morning and be happy with what you find, whether that’s a first sniff of a house you’ve always been curious about or a new favourite for the winter months.
The only thing we can think of is the three Initio fragrances. They’re lovely, but with so many exciting houses out there, we’d have been just as happy to see one or two of those places go to other brands.
