The Vogue Festive Calendar 2026 has a Longchamp coin purse in it. It has two pieces of Otiumberg jewellery, a pair of cashmere socks, a Therabody device and a Burberry fragrance, sitting alongside La Mer, Murad, SkinCycles and Charlotte Tilbury. At £355 it’s one of the most expensive calendars we’ve covered this season, and one of the few that doesn’t feel interchangeable with everything else on the shelf.
The numbers
The Vogue Festive Calendar 2026 is £355, with 28 products, all of which Vogue states are full size. Vogue puts the total value at over £1,680, which works out at roughly 4.7 times the purchase price — the highest multiple of any calendar we’ve reviewed this season. Working through Vogue’s own RRPs line by line, the physical contents come to approximately £1,685.50, so the “over £1,680” claim holds up under scrutiny rather than being rounded generously in Vogue’s favour.
Buyers also receive a one-year British Vogue digital subscription worth £24.99, which Vogue presents as an additional benefit rather than one of the 28 products — we’ve treated it the same way, so the value figure above is physical contents only. £75,000 from sales of the calendar is being split between three charities Vogue supports: Sistah Space, akt, and Women for Refugee Women. Orders are open now, with delivery windows running from 12 October through to 27 November.
Does it pique our interest?
The fashion inclusions are the first thing to talk about, because they’re substantial in a way that “lifestyle extras” in beauty calendars usually aren’t. A £190 Otiumberg Link Up necklace, a £155 Otiumberg bracelet and a £120 Longchamp Le Pliage Xtra coin purse are not novelty fillers or branded keyrings. Those three items alone total £465, which already exceeds the £355 you paid for the entire calendar, and the £70 pair of Loop cashmere socks takes the accessories section to £535. You could reasonably decide the beauty contents were a bonus and still feel you’d done well.
What strikes us more, though, is that the whole thing feels curated rather than assembled. Emma Lewisham, SkinCycles, Otiumberg, Longchamp, Therabody, Lisa Eldridge, Merit and Charlotte Mensah aren’t the roster you get when a calendar is built by working down a list of brands with stock to move — they’re the kind of choices that come from people who read fashion and beauty for a living. The SkinCycles Revive Eyes at £140 and Murad Retinal ReSculpt at £98 give the skincare real weight, and the La Mer Lip Volumizer at £75 anchors the makeup, but none of them feels like the calendar’s only reason to exist.
The packaging is genuinely part of the proposition here, which is rarer than it should be. This isn’t a cardboard cabinet of numbered drawers destined for the recycling on 26 December — it’s a travel-trunk-inspired vanity case with working drawers and a mirror, decorated with illustrated destination stickers referencing Vogue’s international editions. It’s an object you’d keep, and for a calendar being bought as a gift, that matters.

There’s also a well-judged spread across categories that a lot of luxury calendars miss. Wellness and body are properly represented rather than tokenistic: the Therabody TheraFace Depuffing Wand at £129 is a serious inclusion, and the Verden Nocturne magnesium night balm, 39BC body cleanser and Nuxe roll-on oil fill out a section that would be one hand cream in a lesser box. The NEOM Real Luxury candle covers home fragrance, and haircare gets three proper products, including Charlotte Mensah’s Manketti oil.
What we’d change
We have genuinely fewer complaints about this one than most, but there are a few things we’d flag.
There’s only one fragrance. Burberry Her Eau de Parfum at 30ml is a good, generous inclusion — a full bottle rather than a vial — but for a £355 calendar built around a fashion identity, a second scent, particularly something niche or less widely stocked, would have made the mix feel even more considered.
The accessory value is also quite concentrated, and that’s worth understanding before you commit. Roughly £535 of the £1,685.50 total sits in the jewellery, the Longchamp purse and the socks. If those are exactly to your taste, the calendar is extraordinary value. If the Otiumberg pieces aren’t your style, you won’t personally experience anything close to £1,680 of usefulness, because nearly a third of the stated value is tied up in four items you may not wear.
And a handful of the beauty choices are familiar. Color Wow Dream Coat, the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Light Wand, NEOM’s Real Luxury candle and 111Skin’s eye masks are all good products, but if you’ve bought two or three premium calendars in recent years, you’ve almost certainly met them before, and they won’t be the doors you remember. None of this changes the overall picture much — the balance here is unusually strong, and the things we’d change are refinements rather than problems.

Who it’s perfect for
This reads much more like a luxury Christmas gift for someone who loves fashion and beauty than a calendar for someone stockpiling skincare. It’s an exceptional fit for someone who responds to Longchamp, Burberry, Vogue and Otiumberg as names, and who likes the idea of opening jewellery and accessories alongside serum and lipstick. It’s the calendar we’d choose if we were buying for someone else and wanted the unwrapping to feel like an event, because the trunk itself does a lot of work before a single drawer is opened.
If your only question is how much beauty you get for £355, this isn’t the most efficient answer to it — roughly a third of the value sits outside beauty entirely. Our Sephora Beauty Advent Calendar 2026 review covers a considerably more beauty-dense box at £120 less, if that’s the trade you’d rather make.
Our Pique Verdict
Perfect for: Someone who loves fashion as much as beauty, and would rather open jewellery than another serum.
Best product: Otiumberg Bespoke Mixed Metal Link Up Necklace — £190.
Biggest drawback: Around £535 of the value sits in four accessories, so it rewards a specific taste.
Value for money: ★★★★★ (5/5)
