The Benefit advent calendar 2026 is called The Hotel Beneville, and it arrives as a candy-pink hotel with rope handles. Benefit has always dressed its make-up up in wit and colour, and this year it has built a whole hotel for it: 24 doors of brows, blush, bronzer and mascara, with a little room service behind each one. The case is lovely, and it’s the sort you’ll want to keep for storing make-up long after December.
Inside, it reads like a tour of the Benefit counter. There’s BADgal BANG! and Benetint, the Hoola bronzer and the boxed blushes, a proper run of brow products and a handful of The POREfessional favourites, finishing with a mirror and a pair of hair clips. It’s a makeup advent calendar first and foremost, and a very cheerful one.

The numbers
The Benefit Hotel Beneville Beauty Advent Calendar is £149 for 24 treats, all from Benefit. Benefit puts the contents at a worth of over £300, and Boots lists it as worth £307.
Every one of the Benefit advent calendar contents is make-up or prep, with a little skincare from The POREfessional line, so this is a calendar for anyone who loves a full face more than a long bath. Benefit splits the line-up four ways: four full sizes, seven minis, ten fun sizes and three exclusive extras. The full sizes are BADgal BANG! mascara, the 24-HR Brow Setter, Benetint and the Cookie highlighter. The extras are an Eye Gotta Glow hydrogel undereye mask, a mirror and hair clips, which Benefit describes as VIP-only limited-edition accessories.
It’s on sale now at Benefit and Boots, and we’ve also seen it at Fenwick for the same £149. Benefit says quantities are very limited and that it’s sold while supplies last, so we wouldn’t leave it too late.
Does it pique our interest?
It does, and the full sizes are a good place to start. BADgal BANG! is one of Benefit’s best-known mascaras, Benetint has been a cult lip and cheek stain for decades, and the 24-HR Brow Setter is the clear gel that keeps brows in place all day. Cookie, the golden-pearl highlighter, is the one we’d reach for first on a party night, and it comes in its full compact.
What we love most is the brow edit. Benefit is a brow brand at heart, and the Hotel Beneville leans into that with four brow products: the Brow Setter, Gimme Brow+ in Shade 3, Fluff Up Brow Wax and Precisely, My Brow Wax in Shade 3. Between them you can fill, fluff, sculpt and set, so if you’ve been curious about Benefit brows but never known where to begin, this is a lovely way to try the range.

The blushes bring the colour. Shellie and Crystah arrive as minis in their boxed compacts, a warm seashell pink and a strawberry pink, with Hoola bronzer beside them and a fun size of Play Daze airy liquid blush in Willa. Add Benetint and Cookie and there’s a full cheek wardrobe for December, from a soft flush to a glow that catches the fairy lights.
The POREfessional line gives the calendar its prep and skincare moments. The smoothing primer and Super Setter arrive as minis, alongside the Matte Primer, Smooth Sip moisturiser and Get Unblocked cleansing oil in fun sizes. The Deep Retreat clay mask and the Eye Gotta Glow undereye mask make for a slower evening in, which is exactly what we want from a calendar in the busiest month of the year.
And the little extras finish it well. A mirror and a pair of hair clips are small things, but they turn the Hotel Beneville into a proper kit you can keep in a drawer or a handbag.
What we’d change
Only a couple of things, and both come from wanting more of the colour.
There are five mascaras across the 24 doors: BADgal BANG!, BADgal Bounce, Roller Lash, Fan Fest and They’re Real!. Each is a favourite in its own right, but we’d happily trade one for a newer launch, so that the lash doors had a little more variety between them.
We’d also love one of the blushes at full size. Shellie and Crystah are two of the prettiest compacts Benefit makes, and seeing either in full would make a lovely centrepiece alongside Cookie. A Benefit lip gloss would round it off beautifully, too; Benetint is doing a great deal of work on its own.

Who it’s perfect for
The Hotel Beneville is perfect for the Benefit fan who already has a favourite mascara and wants to meet the rest of the family, and for anyone who has admired those boxed blushes on the counter without ever picking one up. It suits a brow lover and a make-up beginner who wants a whole routine in one place just as well as a long-time Benefit devotee. If you love a makeup advent calendar that feels playful rather than serious, this is the one to put under the tree. And when the doors are done, the pink case lives on as a keepsake.

Best product: Cookie Golden Pearl Highlighter, full size (£35).
