Pomegranate and pink pepper one morning, marshmallow and powdery musk the next, a lavender pillow spray for the nights when the house won’t settle. The Look Fantastic fragrance advent calendar 2026 is a December of small discoveries, 25 doors that move from well-loved designer names to quieter houses you may not have met yet.
It’s a generous mix. Jo Malone London, Givenchy, YSL, Carolina Herrera and Balmain sit beside Floral Street, Juliette Has a Gun, Olfactive O and Le Monde Gourmand, and a few of the bottles are big enough to become part of your everyday routine rather than something to save for best. There’s a candle and a pillow spray in there too, so the scent carries from the dressing table into the rest of the home.
The calendar itself is a tall red chest of little drawers, and it’s a lovely thing to have out on a shelf through December.

What piques our interest
Three of the bottles are proper sizes. Givenchy’s Irresistible Rose Nectar arrives at 35ml, a floral gourmand where neroli and a trio of roses melt into creamy pistachio. Jo Malone’s Pomegranate Noir Cologne is 30ml, dark and juicy with pink pepper, lily and smoky guaiacwood, and Le Monde Gourmand’s Lait de Coco, also 30ml, is all creamy coconut, bergamot and vanilla praline. Those three alone give the calendar real substance, and they’re the ones you’ll still be wearing well into spring.
It also feels wonderfully current. Givenchy’s Irresistible Rose Nectar, YSL Black Opium Pink Glaze, Rabanne Million Red for Her and Molton Brown Tea Ceremony are among this year’s launches, so several doors let you meet new scents before you’d think to go looking for them. The Black Opium Pink Glaze is a treat for anyone who loves the original: strawberry and jasmine laid over that familiar coffee-floral signature.
What we love most is the range. This perfume advent calendar moves between creamy gourmands, warm ambers, bright citrus florals, green tea and clean musk, which makes it a gentle way to work out what you’re drawn to. Molton Brown’s Tea Ceremony is the calm, green one, all nashi pear, cardamom and hinoki wood. Olfactive O’s Amber brings peppery rose, smoky frankincense and vanilla, and Floral Street’s Electric Rhubarb is tangy and bright, with gardenia and a salty sea air that feels like a walk along the coast.
There’s plenty here for anyone who already has a favourite on the dressing table, too. Marc Jacobs’ Daisy Wild Eau So Intense pen spray pairs banana blossom and jasmine with warm amber and sandalwood, and Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl Jasmine Absolute wraps jasmine and bitter almond in toffee and roasted tonka. Both feel like a richer, cosier take on scents many of us already love.
The discovery brands are the quiet joy of it. Juliette Has a Gun’s Not A Perfume is a clean skin scent built around a single molecule, the sort of fragrance people ask you about, and Balmain Rouge, with its lily, osmanthus and ylang-ylang, is a lovely surprise from a house many of us know better for fashion.

What we’d change
We’d have loved a little more variety in the brands. Juliette Has a Gun and Floral Street each appear twice, and with 25 doors to fill, two more houses would have widened the line-up nicely.
The atomiser is a useful thing to own, but as a door on its own it feels less exciting than a scent, and we’d happily swap it for another fragrance.
Some of the minis are very small. The Eilish rollerball is 3.5ml, and the Versace, Dolce&Gabbana, Rabanne and both Juliette Has a Gun scents are 5ml each, which is plenty to try but not much to wear for long if you fall for one.

Who it’s perfect for
This is one for the fragrance lover who leans towards florals and gourmands and likes a mix of designer names, new launches and smaller houses in one place. The three larger bottles give it something to keep, while the minis are made for trying on your wrist before committing, and for slipping into a handbag. If you’re buying for someone who has a favourite scent but is ready for a new one, it’s a thoughtful way to help them find it. It sits among our best fragrance advent calendars for 2026, if you’d like to see it alongside the others.
If you already know the Look Fantastic advent calendar for beauty, think of this as its perfume-only sister. It’s less suited to anyone after niche perfumery, or a calendar where every door is something to wear.
Our Pique Verdict
Perfect for: the scent explorer hunting a new signature among designer favourites
Best product: Givenchy Irresistible Rose Nectar, 35ml
Biggest drawback: a handful of very small minis, and the atomiser takes a door we’d rather give to a scent
Value for money: ★★★★½ (4.5/5)
