L’Occitane Classic Advent Calendar 2026: 24 Provençal Treats for £99

The L'Occitane Classic Advent Calendar 2026 box, with its 24 hand creams, shower oils, lotions and minis lined up in front of it
The L’Occitane Classic Advent Calendar 2026, £99 for 24 Provençal treats.

The L’Occitane advent calendar 2026 opens like a slow walk through a Provençal bathroom cabinet: almond, shea, verbena, lavender and cherry blossom, one door at a time. The Classic is the more approachable of L’Occitane’s two calendars this year, at £99 for 24 products, and L’Occitane gives its worth as £192.

It leans towards the body rather than the face. Four hand creams, a foot cream, shower oils, soaps and lotions do most of the work, with a small run of Immortelle skincare and a shampoo, conditioner and hair mask to round it out. The box itself is lovely: an illustrated festive scene that opens out into a little room, the kind of thing that tends to stay on a shelf long after December.

The numbers

The L’Occitane Classic Advent Calendar 2026 is £99 for 24 products behind 24 doors, and L’Occitane states it is worth £192. Everything inside comes from L’Occitane’s own ranges, so it’s a single-brand calendar. L’Occitane doesn’t make a full-size claim for this one: the products are travel sizes and minis, most of them between 30ml and 75ml. It’s an online exclusive at L’Occitane UK, and it’s on sale now.

Does it pique our interest?

What we like most is how recognisable it is. If you’ve ever kept a L’Occitane hand cream in your bag, you’ll know these textures and scents already, and the calendar lets you meet the rest of the family around them. The four hand creams are the signature: Shea, Almond, Lavande and Néroli Orchidée. With a Shea Foot Cream alongside them, they’re the kind of minis that live in a handbag or a desk drawer and actually get used up.

The almond range is the quiet star. The Almond Shower Oil, which turns into a soft, milky foam under the water, sits alongside an Almond Exfoliating Soap, an Almond Exfoliating Shower Gel, an Almond Hand Cream and the 75ml Almond Smoothing Milk Concentrate. That last one is the product we’d point anyone towards first. It’s a rich, firming body cream with a soft almond scent that lingers on the skin, and L’Occitane’s own testing says it leaves skin feeling firmer after four weeks. It’s the one most likely to send you back for the full size.

There’s a gentle scent story running through the whole box. Verbena brings a shower gel, a body lotion and a little leaf soap, bright and lemony for the mornings. Cherry blossom comes as a body lotion and a shower gel, and Néroli Orchidée arrives as a hand cream. The Serenity Cocoon Pillow Mist is a thoughtful touch for a December calendar: a few sprays on the pillow at the end of a long day of wrapping and queuing.

The skincare is small but well chosen. Immortelle is L’Occitane’s anti-ageing line, and the calendar gives you four tasters of it: the Divine Cream, the Precious Essential Water, the Precious Eye Balm and the Overnight Reset Serum. These are try-before-you-buy sizes rather than a month’s supply, which is exactly what a calendar should do with a premium range. A shampoo and conditioner from the Gentle & Balance line and an Intensive Repair Hair Mask finish things off, enough for a proper hair-wash evening.

We also like the pacing of it. With five hand and foot creams, seven shower and bath products and a handful of lotions, there’s always something useful behind the next door, and the smaller treats (a leaf soap, a little eye balm, a pillow mist) feel like the pretty extras you’d tuck into a stocking. It’s a calendar that fits into ordinary December days rather than asking you to learn a new routine, and we think that’s a big part of its charm.

What we’d change

We’d happily swap one of the soaps for a second Immortelle treat. The Immortelle line is where L’Occitane’s skincare really shines, and with two soaps already in the box, one more face product would give the calendar a little more to explore after the body care.

We’d also love a hint of fragrance. L’Occitane makes beautiful eaux de toilette, and a small verbena or cherry blossom spray would tie the scent story together. As it is, the pillow mist is the only thing you spray.

Finally, we’d like to see sizes listed for every product on L’Occitane’s page. Most are there, but a few, like the Shea Moisturising Shower Cream and the pillow mist, are left blank. It’s a small thing, but it helps when you’re choosing a gift.

Who it’s perfect for

The Classic is a lovely gift for anyone who already has a L’Occitane hand cream in their bag, and an easy introduction for someone who doesn’t. It suits the person who loves a long bath and a slow Sunday evening, the colleague or friend whose taste you trust but whose skincare shelf you don’t know, and anyone who wants 24 doors of something familiar and comforting rather than a month of new launches.

It’s also a good choice if you like body care more than make-up, and a sensible L’Occitane calendar to share: the hand creams and soaps are easy to pass around the house. There’s nothing here that needs a shade match or a steady hand, so it works as well for a teenager as it does for a grown-up who simply likes to smell nice.

If you’d like bigger bottles and a few full-size products, L’Occitane’s Prestige calendar is the step up, with a 250ml Almond Shower Oil behind one of its doors. And if a single-brand body care calendar is what you’re after, the Rituals Classic sits in a similar spot at the same price.
