At its heart is Sabrina Carpenter’s Cherry Baby, a playful little red spray of cherry and chocolate. Around it sit Bath & Body Works’ Warm Vanilla Sugar mist, Ellis Brooklyn’s sunny Miami Nectar, a Ted Baker hair and body mist, and a refillable pink atomiser to carry a favourite with you.
It’s one of Next’s two Christmas fragrance boxes, alongside the Wild Botanicals edit, and it’s the one for a sweet tooth.

Each box holds seven products from seven brands: Bath & Body Works, Ellis Brooklyn, Sabrina Carpenter, All Saints, Barbour, Brush Works and Ted Baker. The Ted Baker Hair & Body Mist arrives in one of two scents, Pink Bloom or Midnight Petal, and Next notes you’ll receive one, not both.
Next labels the Ted Baker mist and the Brush Works atomiser as full size. Four fragrances are travel sizes, and the Barbour is a deluxe sample. It’s on sale now at Next, alongside the rest of the Next beauty box range.
Does it pique our interest?
It does, because this box knows what it wants to be. Next lists three fragrance notes for the box: warm vanilla and creamy amber, sweet cherry and berry fruits, and white florals. Almost everything inside lands on one of the three, so it layers well.
Sabrina Carpenter’s Cherry Baby is the reason many people will pick this up, and it’s a joy. Juicy cherry and a little chocolate open onto red poppy, then vanilla orchid and soft musk. It’s sweet in a knowing, cheerful way rather than a sticky one, and the 10ml spray is exactly the size for a make-up bag.
Ellis Brooklyn’s Miami Nectar is the one we’d wear first. Pink pineapple and coconut water drift over plumeria, vanilla and salted woods, so it smells like holiday skin in the best sense. It’s the brightest thing in the box, and it gives the sweeter scents somewhere to go.
Bath & Body Works’ Warm Vanilla Sugar is a much-loved scent in a 75ml travel mist, all vanilla, white orchid and sparkling sugar over creamy sandalwood. It’s the one to spritz on a jumper on the way out of the door.
The Ted Baker mist is a full 200ml, either the soft, petal-strewn Pink Bloom or the darker Midnight Petal, and the Brush Works Pink Atomiser is the kind of practical extra we love: fill it from any bottle and your favourite goes wherever you do.
What we’d change
Just a couple of wishes, and both are about size.
We’d love the Barbour Heritage For Her as a travel spray rather than a 2ml sample. It’s a fresh floral that makes a lovely daytime counterpoint to the sweeter scents, and a little more of it would let it earn its place.
And Cherry Baby, the scent most people will buy the box for, is the one we’d happily have taken in a larger size. The 10ml spray is perfect for a make-up bag, but it’s the one we suspect will run out first.
